119 ingredients for a kitchen with character

Margot, a brand of the MRF group, offers a range of brass kitchen fittings manufactured in France and available in over 30 metal finishes. The collection includes mixers, single-lever mixers, wall-mounted faucets and pot-fillers , complemented by accessories and butler type sinks.

Fittings to suit every configuration

The Margot catalogue includes 119 kitchen tap models, from the traditional two-handle mixer to the wall-mounted mixer tap, alongside pot-fillers for the cooking area. Optional rinse sprays and ceramic butler sinks complete the range, from the boldest traditional style to the most pared-back contemporary, always with the signature that belongs to Margot alone.

The products

Margot offers a range of kitchen taps to suit different installation layouts, everyday uses and desired styles.

The essential choice for today’s kitchens. One handle for both flow and temperature: everyday simplicity, in a compact footprint.

One tap hole, two handles: the simplest to install, for an unapologetically traditional style without complicating the worktop.

A bold silhouette, suited to larger sinks and characterful kitchens. Generous proportions that make for easy everyday use.

Spout and handles installed separately on the worktop. A modular configuration, rooted in traditional kitchens.

The single-handle control of a mixer tap, paired with a clean wall-mounted installation. A balance of everyday comfort and pared-back looks.

Mounted above the cooking area, they let you fill a pan directly without carrying it to the sink. Built for kitchens that actually cook.

Available as an option with every tap.

Margot’s attention to detail extends to the smallest fittings, with traditional-style basket wastes available in every finish.

A deep, robust ceramic sink, the butler sink takes its name from the butler’s pantry of grand English houses, where it was once used for washing dishes and silverware. A natural complement to Margot’s traditional or heritage-style taps.

Key finishes

If Margot can offer such a wide range of models, it’s thanks to a century of artisanal expertise, passed down since 1912 in its workshop. Every model is available in over 30 metal finishes: as many ways to find the one that gives character to any kitchen. Discover the full range on the Finishes page.

Our favourite finishes:

Polished chrome, durable and resistant, it is very easy-to-maintain. It’s a timeless finish that suits any type of interior.

Polished nickel, a finish which evolves and patinates over time. Its warmer hue than chrome is ideal for a kitchen with character, one that shows the intention behind the choice of tap.

Unlacquered brass is not a finish. It’s just raw brass, merely polished. Perfectly suited to the kitchen, it requires little upkeep: the patina that forms protects the brass, giving it an authentic look that only improves with time.

Patinated finishes, for everyday comfort within a heritage project, without looking out of place. The look of this finish is achieved through oxidation and hand brushing.

Key points

  • 119 kitchen taps models
  • Made in France since 1912
  • Brass taps
  • Over 30 metal finishes
  • Mixers, single-lever mixers, wall-mounted taps and pot-fillers

A single-lever mixer tap uses a single lever to control both the water flow and temperature. A mixer tap uses two separate levers (hot and cold water), offering a more traditional style.

The Margot catalogue features 119 kitchen taps models.

A pot-filler is fitted above the hob and allows you to fill a saucepan directly without having to move it to the sink.

A butler sink is a deep, sturdy ceramic kitchen sink, modelled on the traditional sinks found in the service kitchens of stately homes.

Each Margot tap model is available in over 30 metal finishes, including polished chrome, polished nickel, unlacquered brass and various patinas. The full range can be found on the Finishes page.

Margot taps are manufactured in France, at the Abbeville workshop, which has been upholding traditional craftsmanship since 1912.
